“Sorry”

Every artist has their own niche and strengths that makes them unique and Joyner Lucas is a phenom when it comes to painting pictures with his words. Taking situations from peers and re-creating the emotions and feeling through his story telling. On his most recent song “Sorry” Joyner tackles the difficult topic of suicide as he depicts a chilling story of a suicide victim and his friend, posing questions about life looking for answers that will never be answered. Raising the hairs on the back of your neck as he pulls on your heart with his emotional choice of words accompanied with gut-wrenching visuals. Shedding light on a problem most listeners have experienced personally, but don’t discuss publicly. Bringing awareness to suicide and leaving a help-number encouraging listeners to call if they know or feel like committing suicide or having suicidal thoughts. Joyner tells a story and sends a message while delivering great lyrical cadence and flawless musical production. Don’t hesitate to stream “Sorry” below and as always…
